Lifespeaker

When I speak, things listen. It's only polite, you know?

Prerequisites: Warlord, Swordmage

There are many types of power in this world. Wizards throw arcane power around, and clerics bring down the might of their deities on those who oppose them, while psions change the world with a thought and wardens channel the power of the very earth. However, none of it is quite like the power the Lifespeaker holds. She is not gifted with flashy magic or holy light, but rather the simple ability of truth. If she says it with enough conviction and just a bit of magic, it will become real. The Lifespeaker endeavors to change the world, and will do so at the end of a blade if necessary.

Lifespeaker Features

Acknowledgement (11th level): When you use the power granted to you by your Swordmage Aegis class feature, you add your constitution modifier to the power's burst radius.

Announcement (11th level): When you spend an action point to take an extra action, any ally who can see and hear you gains a +1 bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls until the start of your next turn. (From Battlelord of Kord, Martial Power)

Encouragement (16th level): When you use your inspiring word power, allies you heal gain a +1 power bonus to attack rolls and a +1 power bonus to speed until the end of your next turn. If you selected the Tactical Presence class feature, the ally gains bonuses equal to your Intelligence modifier instead. (From Battle Captain, Player's Handbook)
