With a petite frame, cat ears, a tail, and a catlike face (feline eyes, whiskers, and a very slight "muzzle") she is clearly artificial, though it is readily apparent that great efforts were made to make her as lifelike as possible. Her armor (a dark maroon off black color) uses a single piece over her entire trunk, plus standard bracers and boots, lacking the usual pauldrons. Her helment doesn't allow her ears freedom of movement (which is annoying since she's got subroutines related to her emotions that make them move) so she typically doesn't wear it.
|personality_blurb=Despite the name, Gloomy is surprisingly cheerful and talkative. Easily distractible off the field and prone to letting too many processes run at a time, she is best described as scatterbrained. On mission, she's focused as she needs to be, but is nevertheless cheery and prone to banter.
|backstory_blurb=Originally commissioned to serve as a bodyguard/corporate spy/love doll, Gloomy was illegal since day one, with questionably effective "loyalty" programs, what may or may not have been an assassination subroutine, and the always questionable anatomical correctness. Within three months of activation, Gloomy had developed a feedback loop centered on her owner/master that culminated in a brutal murder of the man.

Her insanity plea was upheld, and she was found to not be responsible for her actions leading to this event; thankfully, with the object of her loyalty programs dead the feedback loop couldn't start again. Taken in by the Hunters, she enlisted following Sigma's defection, and after some training with the 9th unit, was assigned to The Squad. Not completely green, but she's definitely the least experienced hunter in the party, unless someone else already wanted that role.}}
